Tacoma-Pierce County,    Federal Way,    Highline,     Auburn,    Mount Rainier, Greater Renton,    Maple Valley, and Kent Youth Soccer Associations

 The duties of Vice-President of Competition shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Organize, conduct and approve all District III tournaments.
2. Organize and administer all District III league competitions, this may be delegated.
3. Attend to and be custodian of all District III trophies.
4. Represent District III at WSYSA competition meetings, this may be delegated.
5. Organize and distribute player cards for all District III players as required by the Board of Directors.
6. Submit annual report to the District III Secretary by January 15th of each year.
7. Submit monthly report to the District III Secretary one week prior to the board meeting.
8. Represent District III as a second alternate District Commissioner.
9. Sign orders of the treasury.
10. Organize a recognition night for all 1st and 2nd place teams in District III, (if the Board chooses to have a recognition night).
11. The Vice-President or designated person may attend one of the yearly USYS National Workshop and Coaches Convention meetings. Expenses to be budgeted.
